These terms cover your use of Deals of the Day. They are written in plain English and will be replaced with our final legal wording when review is complete.

Deals and pricing

We check prices against the merchant's own page and refresh them regularly, but prices and stock can change at any time. The merchant's page is always the final word on price and availability. We are not the seller and do not process online purchases.

Local deals and redemption

Local offers belong to the business that submitted them. A redemption pass shown on this site is a request to the business to honour their own offer; the business decides whether an offer applies. Offers may be limited to one use per customer.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Please do not misuse the site, scrape it automatically, or submit offers you are not authorised to submit.

Business listings

Businesses submitting offers confirm they are authorised to do so. Submitting an offer does not guarantee it will be published, and we may remove a listing or offer at any time.
