This page describes how Deals of the Day handles your information. It is written in plain English and will be replaced with our final legal wording when review is complete.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: email address, name and any profile information.
• Your location, only when you choose to use a location feature or set your area.
• Activity on the site, such as deals you save, search for, redeem or click.
• Basic technical information such as page views and device type.

How we use it

• To show deals near you and remember your preferences.
• To send the Daily Top 5 email if you asked for it.
• To measure which deals people find useful so we can improve the selection.

Location

We never ask for your location when you first arrive. It is requested only after you tap a location button, and you can decline and still browse the whole site.

Email

We only email you if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from your account settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. When you click through to a merchant, that merchant and the affiliate network handling the link receive their own information about the visit under their own policies.

Removing your data

You can delete your account from your account settings, or contact us through the site and we will remove your information.
